Director
Sasi is the Director and Principal Accountant of SPS Business Consultants bringing in a wealth of experience from diverse industry sectors, helping small to medium businesses to achieve their business goals. He is a Xero Certified Advisor and has an excellent reputation in providing proven taxation and accounting services to a wide range of clients for over 13 years.
Prior to forming SPS Business Consultants, he worked as Senior Tax Manager for 7 years handling the various client portfolios where he focused on financial reporting, budget analysis, ATO compliance, and cash flow forecasting.
After graduating from Deakin University in 2007, Burwood with a Bachelor of Accounting & Finance, he successfully admitted as a member of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA) in 2012, Australia.

Senior Accountant & Client Manager
Sudesh is the Senior Accountant & Client Manager of SPS Business Consultants. Sudesh brings a wealth of accounting and auditing experience into our firm, being a past employee of a global top 4 audit firm.
Sudesh graduated from Swinburne University of Technology, Hawthorn with a Master of Practicing Accounting and he is also a member of Certified Practicing Accountants (CPA), Australia. Sudesh is also a Xero Certified Advisor.
Being a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA) and a member of Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA) of United Kingdom, Sudesh has a good eye for company management accounting aspect as well.

Darshan joined the SPS Business Consultants Team in 2019 who specialises in medium to small business bookkeeping.
He is a Xero Certified bookkeeper and practicing in MYOB & QuickBooks software platforms. He is also gaining experience working on individuals / sole-traders, companies, and discretionary family trusts.
Darshan is a highly motivated, enthusiastic Accounting professional who has 8 years of working experience in different industries in Australia and Sri Lanka.
